What is the process for receiving home healthcare from Medical Services of America?
Upon a referral from your physician, our intake department will verify your insurance and benefits. You will then meet with a nurse to discuss a plan of treatment. Your plan may incorporate a special diet, any medical equipment you may need and your physician's expectations from the treatment. Once a plan is established, the staff will monitor your condition and review your medications.
